Our Chartered Surveyors are RICS Registered Valuers. We offer advice on most types of residential and commercial property. Much of our valuation work is carried out alongside our specialist lease extension, enfranchisement or building survey work.

Where applicable, our reports are prepared in accordance with the latest edition of the RICS Valuation – Global Standards (The “Red Book”).

The Red Book defines Market Value as:

“The estimated amount for which an asset or liability should exchange on the valuation date between a willing buyer and a willing seller in an arm’s-length transaction, after proper marketing where parties had each acted knowledgeably, prudently and without compulsion.”

  • Factors Affecting Value

  • Schedule of Comparable Property Evidence

Properties are valued by experienced Chartered Surveyors who are in a position to provide an objective and unbiased valuation. Our firm has the knowledge, skills and understanding to undertake the valuation with independence and objectivity.

We hold £3,000,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance cover on a per claim basis.
