The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015

 CDM Regulations apply to most larger-scale building work in compliance with legislation, governing the health and safety requirements of a project. Most building projects require the appointment of certain key health and safety professionals to influence the management of the building works.

We regularly act as ‘Principal Designer’ for clients in accordance with the 2015 Regulations.
